The Labour Laws prevent sexual harassment. All employers and managers of businesses where women, minors, or apprentices work must keep an eye on their behavior and uphold their decency in front of the public.

Any unwelcome sexual attention that occurs at work is known as sexual harassment. This includes caressing, inappropriate sexual jokes, intrusive inquiries about sex life, whistling, crude gestures, and demands for sexual favors, among other sexual behaviors. Sexual harassment is a crime under the Criminal Code, punishable by six days to three months in jail and fines ranging from KHR 100,000 to 500,000.
