THAILAND: Thai Foreign Minister Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara has resigned shortly after losing his post as deputy prime minister during a cabinet reshuffle, local media reported on Sunday. A Thai government spokesman told Reuters he could not comment on the report, which could not be independently verified. The new cabinet of the Thai Prime Minister, backed by the King of Thailand, was officially posted on the Thai government's website on Sunday, indicating that Parnpree was only on the list as foreign minister, no longer the Deputy Prime Minister.
