Over US$1 Million Bridge in Koh Kong Province Put into Official Use

Samdech Techo Koh Yor Bridge in Koh Kong province was officially inaugurated this morning under the presidency of Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet.

Located in Neang Kok village, Paklong commune, Mondul Seima district, the concrete bridge of 121 metres long and 11 metres wide was built from July 2, 2022 to June 15, 2023 at a total cost of US$1,387,000, according to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.

This is a precious donation of former Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen via Neak Oknha Ly Yong Phat, a Member of the Senate, for the people in Paklong commune, the source underlined.

The bridge will contribute to facilitating the travel of local citizens and tourists as well as the transportation of goods in Koh Kong province.
