25 Japanese deport after using Cambodian territory to commit fraud

Phnom Penh: The General Department of Immigration of Cambodia deported 25 Japanese nationals from Cambodia at 1:30 pm on November 8, 2023, because they used Cambodian territory to commit fraud by phone at Japan.

They were airlifted to Phnom Penh International Airport by Japanese authorities to be executed under Japanese law.
