Cambodian PM’s Initiative on Trilateral Tourism Cooperation Supported

Phnom Penh, October 20, 2023 –

The Cambodian Prime Minister’s initiative on trilateral tourism cooperation between Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam was supported by H.E. Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

In a meeting with Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this morning, on the sidelines of ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit, Vietnamese Minister H.E. Pham Minh Chinh voiced his support to the "Three Countries One Destination" as well as the Phnom Penh-Bavet Expressway connection.

He also affirmed that Vietnam is waiting to welcome Samdech Thipadei’s official visit in the near future.

In response, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet expressed his pleasure to meet with H.E Pham Minh Chinh for the fourth time and recalled the important results of the recent meeting with the President of Vietnam in Beijing.
