Rain Along With Gusts Warned This Week

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM) has warned the public of more rainfall, accompanied by thunder, lighting and gusts throughout the country from Aug. 9 to 15.

MOWRAM made the warning in an announcement on new weather forecast made public this morning.

According to the announcement, during the said period, the temperature would vary between 24 to 35 degrees Celsius in the central low land areas, and from 23 to 36 for highland areas.

For the coastal areas, it pointed out, the temperature would range between 24 and 32 degrees Celsius.
