HE Khuon Phon Rattanak Receives HE Astrid Emillie Helle, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Ministry

On 28 October 2024, His Excellency KHUON Phon Rattanak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received Her Excellency Astrid Emillie Helle, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to the Kingdom of Cambodia at the Ministry. Both sides discussed further deepening and strengthening bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and Norway, especially in trade, energy, and environment. They also exchanged views on multilateral cooperation.
